Duties And

Responsibilities

The

duties and

responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:

Execute timely release of vouchers and payments to carriers, ensuring seamless invoicing for our customers Maintain high service levels by handling multiple incoming calls daily and ensuring accurate logging and data entry Utilize data analysis and problem-solving

skills to troubleshoot complex issues, collaborating with carriers to resolve paperwork issues and address billing/open payables questions effectively Participate in process improvement initiatives, offering valuable insights and enhancing operational efficiency Cultivate strong professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, providing exceptional service and fostering open communication Collaborate effectively within the team, offering support to colleagues and coaching less

experienced team members when needed Continuously hone your

skills, deepen your understanding of processes, procedures, and systems to expertly address carrier inquiries, resolve billing concerns, and troubleshoot issues with precision and efficiency

Qualifications

Required

High School Diploma or GED equivalent Minimum 4 years of data entry or call center

experience Minimum 1 year of strong customer service and communication

skills (written and verbal)

experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs Previous 1 year of

experience with the Navisphere system Well-developed written and verbal communication
