Job description

The Recruitment team are looking to appoint a Recruitment and Resourcing Officer to join our busy and productive team. The post holder will lead on recruitment for a designated directorate, advising managers on Role Profile design and applicant assessment, supporting the directorate through restructures and finding solutions for hard to fill posts. Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure continuous improvements in service delivery and assist with development and implementation of updates our to online recruitment computer systems.

The post holder will also support with the co-ordination of interviews and be responsible for ensuring that all pre-employment checks are completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.


The role is home-based, with the potential for hybrid working moving forward.


Applications are encouraged from individuals with a NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration, and experience in a customer focused role with the ability to use initiative to resolve recruitment and retention issues.
