Working in collaboration with our OD Partners, you will develop effective people processes, have a strong sense of what excellent service delivery looks like and have a clear understanding of the conditions that lead to the creation of high performing teams and positive cultures.
The successful candidate will have experience of major change programmes in complex organisations and be strong on stakeholder engagement and employment relations.
Reporting to the Deputy Director of HR and OD, you will join a supportive and forward-thinking senior management team and have the opportunity to contribute to and lead on strategic projects and plans, that are aligned to our organisational objectives, our values and best practice.
Camden and Islington NHS Foundation Trust (C&I) provides high quality, safe and innovative mental health care to our patients in the community, in their homes or in hospital. We provide services for adults of working age, adults with learning difficulties, and older people in the London area. We currently deliver the majority of our care to residents in the London Boroughs of Camden and Islington. However, we also provide substance misuse services in Westminster, and a substance misuse and psychological therapies service to people living in Kingston. You will be adept at analysing, communicating and presenting key people data and management information and will therefore, be confident at interpreting complex concepts and presenting them back to key stakeholders.
