NO QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED - JUST GOOD EXPERIENCE IN MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR AND A FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE.

- Previous experience in straightforward planned maintenance and reactive repair
- A Full UK Driving licence
- Able to work Days - Monday to Friday
Principal Job Duties
- Basic plumbing (changing a tap, repairing a sink)
- Basic electrical repair (re-wiring a plug, changing a light bulb)
- Fixing a door or a window (i.e changing a latch or hinge)
- Painting
- Working as part of the onsite maintenance team
- All applicants must have a UK driving licence
