About The Role

Are you looking for a role as a Part Time Administrator? we have an exciting opportunity to join the team at Care at Home Bournemouth on a Part Time basis working up to 20 hours per week, over 3 days.

This Part Time Administration role will support our community-based Care Assistants to support clients with a variety of needs within their own homes allowing them to remain independent.

Key duties for our Part Time Administrator include:

  • Assisting with the admin of all clients’ records and staff HR files.
  • Administration support including handling post and email enquiries to the service
  • Dealing with telephone calls, taking messages, and taking any appropriate action
  • Drafting various letters and contacting suppliers regarding quotes/deliveries for the service
  • Providing invoices to Operations for payment and recording payments
  • Reception duties - greeting visitors to the service

Key Requirements for the Part Time Administrator:

  • Prior experience in an administration / reception role
  • Computer literate, including Microsoft Excel and Word to an intermediate level
  • Well organised and with the ability to prioritise
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
