Main responsibilities:
- Sourcing candidates via job boards, Linkedin and job applications
- Qualifying candidates for live job roles and guiding them through the entire hiring process
- Scheduling interviews
- Updating CRM on a daily basis
- Building a great candidate pipeline
The job:
- Salary 18k plus uncapped commission on placements you make
- Office based in Ponteland, just past Newcastle Airport (if you ever needed to work from home for any reason that is absolutely fine)
