Bar Manager

Role Overview & Responsibilities

At Carvery and Grill we are looking for a motivated, responsible bar supervisor to run unique bars at a variety of different events and tourists destinations across the UK. Our bars include double decker bus bars, a Pimm’s bug serving refreshing Pimm’s by the glass or jug, a double decker Wunderbar and a classic Laurent-Perrier champagne van.

Ideally you will have experience running bars and good working knowledge of equipment. We work at large events so it is a fast paced environment meaning orders need to be completed accurately within a timely manner. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include working as part of a team to provide high quality service for customers, managing a small team of bar staff, producing rotas and ensuring staff are well presented, completing stock sheets and working with management to order stock to meet the demands of the event.

There will be an element of travelling within the job due to the locations the company works at so a driving license and your own vehicle would be preferable. Due to the licensing requirements and the ability to serve alcohol we would ask applicants to be over 18.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week

Salary: £11.00-£12.50 per hour
