A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our Selfridges Accessories Boutique in the Supervisor capacity.
This is a rare opportunity to join a significantly expanded boutique that has been a huge investment for the company. The successful candidate will be testing themselves in a large business operating in a dynamic market. This will be a challenging role that will operate under the spotlight of the brand.
In addition to being an ambassador of CHANEL, flexible and highly self-motivated, the ideal candidate will:
  • Develop the Fashion Advisor team to deliver the CHANEL experience to every client through identifying of development needs, coaching and partnering
  • Continue to build an international client network
  • Cultivate an outstanding sense of customer service, initiative and commercial ability, always upholding the values of CHANEL creativity
  • Support in creating a positive work environment, empowering the Fashion Advisors to deliver innovative solutions
  • Be the example of strategic vision, targets, projects and initiatives, ensuring the team are constantly displaying the CHANEL Values & Behaviours
  • Supporting the management team in leading and developing the business of the boutique
  • Be the voice of the store by understanding the business and local market to suggest actions and recommendations
