Charlie Bigham's is growing and we are currently looking for new team members to join our amazing Hygiene Team on full time basis.
The Role
In any kitchen, hygiene is paramount and in a kitchen that produces tens of thousands of meals every day, even more so! That’s why we are looking for passionate people with very exacting standards to join our hygiene team in our kitchen located in Dulcote, Wells.
In these skilled roles you will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of our production kitchen are maintained as cleanly and safely as possible which will involve you using industrial cleaning equipment and chemicals.
Working Hours
6pm - 6am 4 Nights on and 4 Nights off.

A competitive salary of £14.12 per hour (Inclusive of a weekly pattern premium and night premium)
- A pay increase to £14.80per hour following the successful completion of 3 months’ probation (including all premiums)
- Overtime payments, paid at 1.25x the hourly base rate
