Role Overview & Responsibilities
This job will offer you an opportunity to know the general picture of the music industry, you will learn how to produce and publish music. You will learn how to work in an international organization. We are collaborating with many artists based in different countries, such as the UK, Canada, the US, and so on.
•Tasks:
1. Find high-quality and qualified singers, and songwriters on TikTok, YouTube, etc.
2. Sending emails, arranging zoom calls, and phone calls with artists, and negotiating the rates with artists for each deal.
3.Buying original music content, producing music, and signing artists.
4.Asking for collaboration singles or distributing music on Chinese music platforms.
•Job Requirements:
1.Good writing and spoken English.
2.Addict of scrolling TikTok, YouTube, Ins, etc.
3.Interested in pop music, familiar with hit songs in the market.
