Description
Chelmsford College is seeking to appoint an innovative, enthusiastic and motivated Trainer to support our expanding Business Services team.
We are a wide-ranging team that have responsibilities for employer engagement and adult training at the College, including the development and delivery of Sector-based Work Academy Programmes, Boot Camps and other employability skills courses. This is an opportunity to establish and grow our relationships with external and internal stakeholders to grow our employability provision. The College is looking for a dynamic individual that has experience of working with DWP, Job Seekers and employers to deliver outstanding job outcomes for local unemployed people or adults wishing to upskill or change job.

Starting salary will be dependent on qualifications, skills and experience.
