Temporary Till Operator
Temporary contract from 6th March 2023 to 2nd June 2023
Job Description: Till Operator.
Location: Garden Centre Shop Floor.
Working Pattern: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 10:30am to 4:30pm
We are currently looking for a friendly, polite, and efficient till Operator, someone with high standards and that would leave a lasting impression on our customers, so that our customers will want to visit us again.
Main Duties/Tasks:
- Operating an epos till system.
- Assisting customers with goods to their cars ensuring they receive the highest customer service.
- Assisting Customers queries.
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Product Merchandising.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not essential.
- Good Communicator.
- Good Team Player, driven by the desire to deliver 100% customer satisfaction.
- Flexible with working hours due to the nature of the business.
- Health and Safety Conscious.
- The position will require heavy lifting at times.
Salary and Company Benefits:
- Salary exceeds age related minimum wage up to £10.50 per hour.
- 28 days annual leave including paid Bank Holidays, pro-rata basis for part-time employees.
- Uniform and safety shoes will be provided.
