Cheval Collection are currently recruiting for a Procurement Assistant to join our procurement team to meet the needs of our growing business. As Procurement Assistant, you will support the group office and the operations to make sure the purchasing process is efficient and secure. You will join our experienced procurement team and will be confident to work on your own, taking responsibility for allocated tasks and discovering new purchasing opportunities to contribute to the success of the business.
As Procurement Assistant, some of your duties will include…………
- To be a super user of the purchasing system setting up new users and providing support and training.
- Ensure that the purchasing database is maintained with supplier details, products and pricing.
- Researching to identify the best products and suppliers in terms of value, delivery schedules and quality.
- To liaise with the operations teams and suppliers regarding the order management process
- Responsibility for the petty cash for the group office

- Have previously worked with a procurement management system
- Are able to prioritise tasks and have great organisation skills
- Have experience in bookkeeping and have excellent numeracy skills.
- Have good administrations skills and able to use Microsoft office
- Enjoy researching and finding solutions
- Have a positive attitude in everything you do
