An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a passionate inventory clerk to be part of the PRS Team at Criterion Hospitality.
Criterion is a London based property company with residential, commercial and hotel investments.
Role and Responsibility:
- liaising with tenants to arrange access for check-ins and check-outs.
- Diary management
- Carrying out check-in and check-out inspections using iPad provided
- Compiling reports via our internal app for submission
- Commuting between multiple sites throughout Southeast/West London.
- Working hours are between Monday - Friday, 9am – 6.00pm (Saturday ad hoc)
The right person will possess these characteristics:
- An eye for detail, noting all features, issues, defects, and damage within each property.
- Great time management skills
- A customer focus and good nature with excellent time management skills.
- A can-do attitude.
- Knowledge of the English language is a must.
