VIP Supervisor
If it is a little more responsibility that you are after, the VIP Supervisor role is just for you. You and the VIP team will be out there as the face of Cineworld, striving to deliver an unrivalled VIP cinema experience for all VIP customers. In addition to providing leadership and support to the Team members you will be providing a superior standard of service to our customers and making sure everyone has a great time in a safe and clean environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Food Handling and Stock Control
- Use of Technology (e.g IT Systems,Till Operations, Telephones)
- Cleaning
- Maintaining Standards
- Dealing Face to Face with Large Groups of People
- Addressing and Resolving Complaints
- Induction and Training of Team Members
- Coaching Team Members
