Volunteer Opportunities at Citizens Advice Cardiff & Vale
Are you looking for an opportunity to help people find a way forward whilst developing your skills and experience?
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to provide advice to clients via telephone, digital channels, as well as some face to face. We provide free, confidential advice to help people overcome their problems. We are a voice for our clients and consumers on issues that matter to them.
You’ll make a difference in your community, learn new skills, and meet people from a wide variety of backgrounds.
We value all levels of skills and experience and provide full training. We’re recruiting now, as we need to support as many people as possible through the cost-of-living crisis.
As well as supporting people with problems they face, you’ll be helping change things for the better through our research and campaigns work.
We ask for a minimum commitment of 1 day per week following 2-week training.
Location: Cardiff and Barry- Office Based
