We are looking for an experienced Citizens Advice telephone advisor to work in the Essex wide out of hours service. The telephone service operates 4 pm to 8 pm weekdays and 9 am to 1pm on Saturdays. We are initially looking for an advisor to work 4 hours on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday evening. You will be skilled in giving telephone advice and competent to give full advice and maintain case records. You will have the ability to interview clients using sensitive listening and questioning skills to get to the root of the issues and empower them to find a way forward. Supervision will be via a partner local citizens advice in Essex. If you have the experience and skills needed to support our service, we would love to hear from you.
