We are currently looking for a Resident Scheme Manager to join our team on a permanent full time basis.
What you’ll be doing
In a nutshell, you will be responsible for supporting residents in maintaining their well-being and independence and support the delivery of quality property management services which respond to customer and business needs. You’ll be building and maintaining effective relationships with residents, their relatives and relevant external agencies as well as welcoming new residents.
You’ll be dealing with generic leaseholder matters including neighbour disputes and breaches of lease seeking assistance when required from Regional Manager.
What we’re looking for
You must be self-motivated, demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills and good customer skills and have a proven track record in providing services to those with a support need. Above all we are looking for someone with a patient and caring personality and a commitment to service excellence.

About the scheme
Our scheme at The Courtyard has 38 properties. Our manager’s accommodation is a two bedroom flat with the second bedroom used as the Scheme Managers office, the accommodation has been newly decorated throughout.
Scheme managers are each responsible for their bills (council tax, electricity, TV license, personal phone, etc) with the exception of the following expenses which are paid by Grange Management Ltd;
a) Rental of business phone + business calls charge
b) Water bills.
c) Contents insurance
d) An allowance towards the electricity costs for the office in the flat is made
Communal facilities: Communal gardens, communal toilets and Scheme Manager’s office.
