Digital Marketing Executive

Company Overview: We are a growing multi-award-winning training and skin clinic company that specializes in aesthetic medicine. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and help us drive our digital marketing efforts to the next level.
Job Overview: As our Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive traffic to our website, and generate leads. You will work closely within our marketing and sales teams to ensure that all digital campaigns align with our overall business objectives.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and search engines
· Create and curate content for our website and social media channels
· Monitor and analyse the performance of our digital marketing efforts, using data to identify areas for improvement
· Manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and optimization
· Collaborate with our sales team to develop lead generation campaigns and strategies
· Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and make recommendations for improvement
· Manage social media accounts and create engaging content
Desired Skills and Experience
· Strong communication skills
· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously whilst maintaining attention to detail
· Ability to work under own initiative and unsupervised
· Innovative and creative thinker, not afraid to speak up and share ideas
· Experience in editing software such a canva
· Experience in email marketing using mailchimp
· Experience of website management using WordPress
· Experience of CRM systems and GDPR
· Up to date with social media trends
· Experience with digital marketing platforms such as Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
Salary DOE - up to £30k + bonus + benefits
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
