Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients by diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues.
- Collaborate with team members to implement IT projects and upgrades.
- Assist with system backups and disaster recovery plans.
- Keep up-to-date documentation of IT assets, software licenses, and user requests.
Requirements:

- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts.
