The successful candidate?
- Will be presentable, flexible and maintain a friendly and approachable persona.
- Will work alongside other fee earners in the team and support each other
- You will have daily client contact so an excellent standard of client care is essential
- Will be calm, even under pressure, and understand the importance of working in an organised manner to timeframes.
- The successful candidate should be familiar with property litigation, lease extensions, landlord and tenant disputes, and enfranchisements, recovering of rent arrears, possession claims, right to manage claims, right of first refusal and breach of covenants.
