<br>The purpose of the role is to support overall day to day operations of the remit through the organisational strategies and to support, mentor and guide current Registered Managers to drive KPI's to deliver on providing high quality care.

<br>Key points

Will be expected to be visible across all branches with the remit

<br><br>

Candidate must have expert Care Inspectorate knowledge and the confidence to manage a team of Registered Managers

<br><br>

Must act as a support system and mentor for Registered Managers

<br><br>

Drive KPI's and overall performance

<br><br>

Must have current Operational experience within the Domiciliary care sector

<br><br>

Must be commercially savvy and understand the dynamic of being a successful Operations Manager.

<br><br>

As the Operations Manager you will be expected to drive performance around delivery of quality care, governance, staffing, recruitment, hours of care, promoting excellence etc. It's important you're able to recognise indicators of poor performance and act quickly to remedy them as well as work systematically with Registered Managers to develop and deliver each branches business plan.

<br><br>

This role is an exciting opportunity for a current Operations Manager that wants to join a company who can develop your career and provide good quality care for its clients. The candidate is required to have previous Operational Management experience with exposure to turning around Domiciliary care services in line with Care Inspectorate requirements and support Managers within a remit of branches in the North.

Experience working as an Operations Manager within the Domiciliary care sector (essential)

<br><br>

RMA level 4 / NVQ level 5 Management

<br><br>

Good relationship management skills

<br><br>

Exposure to and compliant with CQC

<br><br>

Passion for the care of elderly people (essential)

<br><br>

Location

<br>This role is to cover branches across Scotland. This role is commutable from Glasgow, Falkirk, Stirling, Edinburgh.

<br>My client is seeking an experienced Operations Manager with exposure to management within Domiciliary care services, where the successful candidate is able to lead and support Managers and staff. In exchange, my client is offering a salary of circa £50,000 plus a bonus scheme.
