Deputy Manager

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Deputy Manager to oversee our new contract in Milton Keynes

This is a position where you will be responsible for providing great service to our clients, managing events and enjoy getting the best out of a team of c16, whilst drawing satisfaction from managing, training, and supporting your team to deliver profitable soft facilities within the catering outlet and ensuring all budget targets are achieved.
More about the role:Other Responsibilities will include:
- Understand and deliver all contractual terms
- Communicate any on site client changes to line manager.
- Communicate regularly with client (as agreed)
- Action plans are completed following client satisfaction surveys
- Promote the unit and act as a Compass Advocate at
- all time
- Ensure all client hospitality is delivered to the correct standard and look to up sell to increase revenue
- manage all budgets as required
- complete and manage labour schedules
- Ensure all customer requirements are communicated to all departments in advance to ensure effective planning
- Salary up to £27000
- 5 days over 7
- 8 hour shifts,
- 40hrs per week,
- validated parking on site both for business and leisure,

- Usual business operating hours 9-6

Our Ideal Deputy Manager will have:
- Experience in a similar role
- Be IT Literate
- Excellent Finance Acumen
- Good knowledge and experience of working with food
- Excellent People Management skills
- Communication Skills
- Results Orientation
