We are looking for an administrator to join a dedicated and fun team based in Banbury, the salary is £26,000 for full time hours however the client are willing to be flexible on hours and days! You could work a 4 day week or flexible working patterns so 8-16, 9-15, 9-17 for the right candidate.
You will be working for a care company so an understanding of care would be advantageous but not essential. You will be answering the phone, responding to emails and helping the team with other administrative tasks such as rota planning and preparing payroll. You will receive training on how to use the systems.
The team are looking to replace a longstanding worker that’s retiring and are looking for someone bubbly fun and enthusiastic. You must have good English and Maths skills and be able to communicate in a professional manner face to face, over the phone and via email.
It would be great if you drive as from time to time you may go out to visit clients, you will get paid mileage anytime you need to use your car.
