This is a fantastic opportunity to work for an expanding organisation within Swindon. Working with vulnerable young people.

We are recruiting for an amazing organisation that are expanding in the Swindon Wiltshire area, this Youth Worker role will be working with a number of young people aged 16-25 years old living in independent accommodation within Swindon. Our client strives themselves on providing the best possible standards of care for their residents and their aim is to help them develop the life skills and abilities to live independently.

The duties for this Youth Worker role are to manage a case load of young people, to be a positive role model, to assist them with managing appointments, help with education,

Suitable candidates for this Youth worker role we would have experience working with young people from a social care background, candidates who have experience working within a mental health setting or housing service, ideally knowledge of leaving care services, experience with helping young people manage finances and appointments, experience developing life skills.
