We are looking to recruit a Sports Booking Administrator to work for our prestigious parks contract in the London Borough of Wandsworth.
As the Sports Booking Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for all potential service users of Wandsworth’s sport pitches. You will be required to
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Using Gladstone MRM to create bookings and reservations as requested.
- Prepare daily and weekly sports fixtures report for distribution to stakeholders within specific timeframe.
- Liaise with Supervisors and Office Manager in arranging weekend and afternoon attendants
- Prepare facility usage and finance reports as required.
- General office duties as and when required
- Office admin Holiday cover
- Updating and issuing application forms to be mass distributed to clients
