Cookies and Cones is a small business that originated in Essex. We are customer-centric, social, autonomous, and our goal is to Cookies and Cones is an American-style AWARD WINNING dessert company established in 2018 to bring a new flavor to Essex with our hand made small batch gelato and instagrammable bakery products. We opened our first store in Leigh-on-Sea and since then have opened a number of sites throughout Essex and the South East.
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, including customer service, stock management including ordering, staff supervision, and leading the team to brand standard at all times. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a retail environment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire their team.

Responsibilities:
- Manage store operations, including scheduling, budgeting, inventory management, customer service, and staff development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
- Monitor store performance and take corrective action when necessary.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Recruit, train, and manage store personnel.
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment.
