Join our team as part of our Marketing Graduate Programme and contribute to our mission of connecting the next generation with opportunities and advice to succeed as the workforce of tomorrow. As a Marketing Graduate, you will assist in key marketing campaigns, supporting the growth of our base of employer partners and strengthening our live partnerships. You will work across various channels to execute marketing activities, support management events, create engaging collateral, and ensure that the wider business has access to the necessary data and communications to succeed. You will also have the opportunity to lead key initiatives digitally and in-person throughout the year.

We are looking for confident and creative individuals who can contribute innovative ideas and have excellent written communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work with data using tools such as Excel. You should also be able to demonstrate effective time management skills and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth business environment.

Joining our marketing team presents a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience working on campaigns from start to finish, with the potential to lead and manage your own projects and initiatives. You will work in a collaborative environment with a supportive team of experienced marketeers, enabling you to grow and develop your skills.

What will I be doing day-to-day?

  • Support and participate in key marketing campaigns aimed at growing the company's base of employer partners or supporting existing partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the team to organise and execute management events that showcase the company's products and services.
  • Create marketing collateral that drives engagement with the company from all stakeholders.
  • Ensure that the wider business is supported with the right data, collateral and communications to amplify their campaigns to the market.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in marketing tools and systems, such as Salesforce, Pardot, Asana, and the employer website.
  • Lead digital and in-person initiatives throughout the year.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams in the organisation to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Salary: £26,234.00-£30,108.00 per year
