We are currently looking for an Office Admin/ Receptionist to work closely with our executive staff to keep company operations running smoothly.
Crayon Financial Services is a business that provides a range services related to the mortgages based in Hounslow Central.
Responsibilities:
- General office duties including scanning, filing, answering phone calls and other diary management to support the effective operation of the Service
- Candidate must be good with the use of computers (word etc. + training will be provided for work specific software).
- NO previous office experience necessary, as full training will be provided.
Skills
- Good Work Ethic - Punctual, hard working
- Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
- Willingness to learn the systems
