Construction billingsChange ordersAccount reconciliationsCertified payroll for contractors and subcontractorsDrawsCalculating union dues a plusSales and Use tax experience a plusInvoicingLicense renewals for multiple states and municipalitiesAssisting with the bid process
Qualifications
1-7 years of Construction Bookkeeping experienceBachelors degree or equivalent experienceStrong communications skills and math aptitudeFOUNDATIONS software experience is a plusIntermediate MS Excel skills requiredTeam player
