Finance Assistant
Monday-Friday – Full time – Oxford Circus, London
£30,000 - £35,000 + bonus

You have previous knowledge of Microsoft Excel and practical accountancy skills gained through working in the industry and/or by practice.

About the role:
This is an exciting role for a Finance Assistant to report directly and work side by side with the Head of Finance.
- Review financial statements provided by external accounting company on a monthly basis and provide commentary of variances vs budget.
- Managing relationship with external accountancy company
- Analyse the cash levels and plan payments on a weekly basis
- Contribute to the preparation of flash reports, ensuring accuracy and investigating variances.
- Review sites payroll rotas on a weekly basis and sign off the monthly payroll for all sites.
