Crosstown is a scratch bakery, hand making fresh sourdough doughnuts every day from our bakery in Battersea, London. An independent and progressive brand, we are driven by providing the very best experience for our customers through great service and delicious products.
We now have 29 locations across London, Cambridge, Brighton and Oxford, and our retail team is imperative for carrying the core values of Crosstown and being able to convey these to our customers.
Crosstown is growing fast and we are looking for an enthusiast candidates to join our Swingers West End location!

As part of this role you will:
- Assist customers in choosing their doughnut, coffee, or other items and process payments
- Prepare coffee to a high standard. We provide full specialty training delivered by Caravan Coffee Roasters
- Maintain excellent visual standards of the truck, doughnut display and surrounding seating
- Prepare orders which are placed via our online channels
- Undertake a number of administrative tasks throughout the day like stock counts and equipment requests
The person we are looking for will have:
- Experience in the premium hospitality world, be that in restaurants, markets/street trading, or cafes
- Have a passion for quality produce and great service
- Be friendly and conversational with your customers and colleagues. Having great communication skills is very important
- Professionalism. We offer a premium service at Crosstown and our retail team are imperative for delivering that in a warm but professional way
- Be independent, confident, organised, and enthusiastic
- Mental flexibility as well as the ability to think laterally
- A great passion for interacting with the public and sharing with them what makes Crosstown’s product special. Confidence goes a long way in this role!
