Experienced FAMILY Law Paralegal/ Trainee Solicitor -Traditional or SQE route
1x Full- time position
We are looking for people who wish to work in a fast-paced, friendly environment. LPC graduate/ LPC student (with at least 1 year experience as paralegal in FAMILY Law) to commence work as soon as possible and with a view to commence a training contract for the right candidate.
Job will involve assisting in a wide range of private Family law cases including but not limited to divorce, property and financial settlements, child arrangements, child relocation, injunctions, pre-nuptial agreements and domestic violence.
Experience:
- Candidates will have a strong academic background and have either completed their LPC or will be due to complete it shortly.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a law firm is required. Individuals without prior experience will also be considered subject to voluntary work experience/probation period.
The firm is based in central Milton Keynes and apart from family law specialises in immigration, housing, contract, debt, civil litigation, criminal litigation so any past experience in these areas of law would be very helpful.
Salary: £22,430.00-£2,000.00 per year depending in experience
