Cushman and Wakefield are looking for a keen individual to join their Occupier Management team as an Assistant Surveyor.The purpose of this role will be to support a team of Surveyor and Senior Surveyors, assisting with the management of a large, diverse geographical portfolio for a large retail client.
Job Description
Your main responsibilities will be:
- To assist the delivery on Retail Concessions for large retail client.
- To support the Portfolio Management Team with the delivery of day to day property matters on a portfolio
- Liaising regularly with Cushman and Wakefield's internal Accounts Team on the payment of rents and service charges
- Liaising with the Property Administration Team in respect of database changes and invoice authorisation
- Communicating with landlords and third parties alike on minor issues and escalating to senior colleagues as appropriate
- Providing support to the Estates Helpdesk in terms of lease interpretation and liaising with FM suppliers
- Being that main point of contact for any property related or payment issues for the client
- Providing first class and professional support to our client and senior stakeholders, both internally and externally
The ideal candidate will have a good level of computer literacy knowledge, as well as competent in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. You will need to be able to prioritise heavy work loads, hold strong customer service skills and have the ability to deal with external and internal clients and colleagues at all levels.
