Responsibilities:
- Making culinary preparations.
- Assisting the chef in kitchen duties.
- Taking in of deliveries.
- Restocking of inventory.
- Following opening and closing procedures.
- Ensuring the unit is continuously clean and tidy.
- Food Safety Level 2.
- Complete mandatory onboarding.
- Relevant experience is useful, but not required. Ideal for those looking to start their culinary or hospitality career.
- Ability to follow instructions and have strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast passed environment and as part of a team.
- Ability to use kitchen tools safely (knives and small equipment ware).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes nights and weekends.
