Role Overview & Responsibilities

Due to continued business growth, we have a Transport Administrator role, based at our Hub in Ryton on Dunsmore, Coventry.

Do you have strong planning, organisation, and administration skills? The successful candidate will be creative and dynamic and have a proven track record in providing end-to-end administrative support.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordination of a wide range of training events running concurrently; updating relevant documents to ensure all stakeholders are kept informed of progress
  • Communication with participants to include invitation issue, joining instructions, coordinating participant requirements (e.g. dietary requirements), monitoring and logging responses, managing telephone and email queries and producing regular reports
  • Management of logistical elements of the programme, to include coordination with external venues, coordinating facilitators and resources and participants to ensure the programme is delivered successfully
  • Handling sensitive data and information, including inputting, formatting, and reporting

The ideal candidate will have:

  • The ability to multi-task and manage several priority tasks to tight deadlines
  • A flexible approach to work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A keen eye for detail and great organisational skills
  • Enthusiasm and be a team player
  • Excellent proficiency in IT and databases, predominantly Excel and ideally across all Microsoft software
