Shift pattern: Rotational 06:14:00 14:00-22:00

To train staff to the highest standards with the aim of creating a knowledgeable, safety conscious, flexible multi-skilled workforce.
- To train people to be able to carry out their roles effectively, competently & to the required standard, whilst understanding where their role fits into the bigger picture.
- To ensure the trainees understand the importance of performance
- Conduct training using the relevant work instructions
- Fully document and record all training in a timely fashion, ensuring all records are signed
- Explain KPI's to staff and stress the importance of accuracy and productivity

- Minimum 1 years' experience in an operational role and or experience in training, coaching or supervising
- Excellent communication skills both (written & verbal)
- PC Literate including Excel Spreadsheets intermediate level
- Proactive and hard working
- Demonstrate patience and understanding
- Self-motivated – Enthusiasm/passion for job/company
- Good planning skills
