We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;
- Oversee new hire orientation and onboarding process, HR, centre payroll processing, employee issues/grievances/appeals, performance and talent management, HR policies and governance
- Ensuring resource plans are in place to meet operational requirements whilst setting targets to consistently improve areas of responsibility
- Ensure Contractual SLA are adhered to, customer requirements are fulfilled and effective communication is in
- Manages/Develops/updates and implements local operational procedures (SOP) in order to prevent service failures and improve standards

- CPC Qualification - National – International
- Experience Multi Site operations
- Contract Management experience
- 5 years management experience in Logistics / Transport operation
