Position: Warehouse OMS Control Room Clerk
Location: Worksop - S80 3FY
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift pattern: Monday - Friday Rotating Days and Afternoons (6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm)

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;
- Collection of current daily/weekly warehouse and resourcing data to assist with historic trend analysis
- To use the Resource Planning Model to produce quarterly plans and communicate them to the wider team
- Responsible for accurately reporting Shift Status information on a 2 hourly basis
- Ensure accuracy of resource against volume
- Monitor colleague performance on a real time basis and report anomalies accordingly

- High Level of IT Literacy is essential - working experience of Excel is essential
- Previous experience working in a Supply Chain or Warehouse environment is essential
- Ability to produce statistical data and analyse reports
- Excellent communication at various levels - written and verbal
- Great interpersonal, motivational and planning skills
