Job description

I am now on the hunt for a Product Manager to join an insights agency based in the heart of Birmingham.

You will be the product manager for a trends-based subscription product, working to plan, manage and create a variety of creative insights for the product, as well as managing and tracking the quarterly schedule for the product against milestones, budgets etc.

The right candidate WILL have experience in managing an online product and will be happy to work within an agency environment.

Location: Birmingham (VERY flexible)
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum
  • Manage and take responsibility for the agency's insights-based product, which includes conducting valuable research, creating digital content, conducting focus groups, and more
  • The ability to monitor the progress and performance of the subscriptions offering, ensuring you have analysed the data accurately
  • Happy to manage and monitor budgets, including the timelines those budgets need to adhere to, providing regular feedback to key stakeholders
  • Confident in taking an innovative and creative approach, gathering insights from 16-35-year-olds
  • Experience working within a creative or digital agency would be a plus
  • Capable of managing a premium subscription service and the clients that feed into it, making sure that they are getting value from their time speaking with you
  • Previous experience developing and managing an online platform would be beneficial
  • Some experience or understanding of the UX process would be helpful
  • The right candidate will have a strong commercial focus

Ultimately, this client is looking for someone who is a mix of a creative and a product manager, someone who is happy to write engaging content and work with the data to get the most out of the subscription service.

What do you get in return? A very very flexible working environment, frequent team socials, days off around Christmas and Birthdays and much more.
