Dragon WiFi are looking for an experienced part-time bookkeeper to work alongside our office team in Haverfordwest.
Duties include:
- Keeping accurate and up to date records of receipts and bank transactions.
- Posting and reconciling all bank transactions.
- Preparing VAT returns
- Creating Aged Debtor Reports
- Chasing up aged debtors.
- Running 4-weekly Payroll
- Other general bookkeeping duties.
Skills and Attributes:
- Work quickly AND accurately, as well as be highly organised and focused.
- Good written and oral English language skills and can communicate clearly and effectively.
- Confident, resourceful and take pride in your contribution to the company.
- Manage your own work load and prioritise daily tasks.
- The ability to multi-task, working within a busy, customer-focused environment where you think outside the box to get the job done.
The person required must be efficient, punctual and offer at least 3 years’ experience.

Salary: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
