A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Hotel Receptionist to join our team at the Drake Hotel, located by the beautiful seaside and in Plymouth’s city centre. We are a family-run guest accommodation 5 minutes' drive from the ferry terminal. Dating back to the 1830s, it offers free on-site parking and WiFi.
You need to be friendly, positive and able to thrive under pressure to deliver a high standard of customer service from reservation to departure for our guests. Ideally you will be someone comfortable multi-tasking their way through a busy shift, dealing with an array of different guest needs & wants. Some duties to include:
· Meeting and greeting
· Dealing with reservation enquires
· Check guests in and out of the apartments
· General administration
· Dealing with telephone and email enquires
· Cash handling
· Promoting hotel brand and getting positive reviews

Must be computer literate, knowledge of Microsoft word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft outlook would be preferred. Previous Hotel Reception experience is preferred.
