We are looking for an experienced Automotive Contract Clerk to add to our team! The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional with great communication skills who is ready to take on the challenge of working for two dealerships! This person will be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and possess a high degree of attention to detail and discretion.
Responsibilities
- Post new and used car deals into accounting
- Assist with vehicle inventory
- Process all trade-in information and send payoff checks
- Send in incentive claims to factory for payment and post weekly statements
- Maintain heat sheets and post funding notices daily
- Break down deals and check for any compliance issues
- Maintain all accounting schedules associated with daily responsibilities
- Verify Gross Book at EOM and work with office for month end close
Skills
- Proven experience in automotive business office
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Thorough understanding of office management procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
