This is an exciting opportunity to join the Dunkin' family as we continue our expansion throughout the UK.
We are looking for a Central Finishing Centre (CFC) manager who will run the London supply, logistics and innovation of Mr Happy and Co. to our stores.
Location: London
*Predominately Night working hours between 3pm – 2am*
About the role
Our CFC Manager will lead a team to deliver quality & efficiency whilst ensuring our people have a positive connection in an open and honest culture.
Building and leading your team, you will focus on amazing attention to detail to hand finish our incredible donuts. Think glazing, icing, and a world of toppings as well as other delicious bakery items. We have high standards, and our delicious products have to be right every time, and so quality checking is part of the job. Ensuring the team are connected, driving efficiencies is a must in ensuring our driving team are ready to deliver the magic. If that wasn’t exciting enough, now the planning of logistics to ensure our My Happy and co are in cabinets on time for our adoring guests. Our CFC Manager must be able to effectively plan and organise, be meticulous in detail and have a right first-time approach.
In addition to the above it is important that our CFC Manager is passionate and leads the way with health and safety and compliance.
In this role you will be supporting the business in optimising our 4C’s;

Experience of leading a team to deliver high performance and someone who is passionate about the product provided for our customers is a must for this role, experience in lean management & understanding of Kaizen approach is desirable.

What We Offer:
- £40,000 - £45,000
