The role offers an excellent opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, well organised, compassionate and understands the health and well-being needs of their team with an excellent understanding of Haematology/Transfusion and experience of working in an MHRA/ UKAS ISO15189;2012 regulated environment. The successful candidate will be expected to participate in the Out of Hours CPP system rota including supporting early, late and weekend shifts after appropriate training and competency assessment.
To be considered for the role you must be suitably qualified (see Person Specification) and have significant experience and knowledge of working in a UKAS ISO15189:2012 and MHRA regulated environment as well as a firm appreciation for the importance of Health & Safety in the workplace.
