Responsibilities
- To develop UI mockups and prototypes in close cooperation with the front-end developers, product owners and business analytics
- To maintain & improve design systems for multiple products
- To follow design trends and promote best user interface practices
- To introduce and apply changes suggested by the supervisors of the respective projects
- To create designs for the presentations and promotions of the products
- To bring initiative in to the work process, highlight problems in the products and propose well-founded solution
- To ensure quality control of the implementation of the product, make sure that the product is implemented according to design guidelines
- To research how users use implemented solution, by applying qualitative and quantitative research methods
Requirements
- At least 3+ years of experience as UI/UX Designer
- Good skills of design and prototyping tools, such as Figma, Zeplin
- Have a clear understanding of usability, user-centered design and web standards
- Basic understanding of how designs are implemented in code
- Understanding of how to optimise design processes
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS Adobe After Effects or any other animation tool for interactions will be considered an advantage
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Russian
- Good time management, organisational skills and willingness to learn and expand professional skills
