Eden Garden Bar is currently seeking a part-time bartender. We are a unique, outdoor Cocktail Bar, located within Bournemouth Town Centre. We offer a retractable roof, heated booths and we serve beautiful drinks, created with love.
We offer draught beer, wines and spirits but we are known for our cocktails. All of our cocktails are created from scratch using a variety of top shelf spirits and fresh fruit. We also offer great live music every Friday night and have the occasional DJ Play on Saturday's
We specialise in the classics and we pride ourselves on delivering to a high standard. We have an amazing back-bar and we use a vast array of garnishes. We offer both table service and bar service dependent on the occassion.
Typical duties will include:
- Assisting with fruit prep for cocktails and garnishes
- Getting the bar ready for service
- Making cocktails and other drinks to order
- Ensuring your area is always kept clean and tidy
- Assisting with the close down

Hours of work will be between 5pm and 2am Thursday, Fridays and Saturdays
