Overview
Elevate is recruiting a Junior Analyst, Legal Operations, who will work with customers directly to improve Fortune 500 law departments through analysis, strategy, and implementation. You will support a variety of clients and will work to deliver solutions and directly impact law departments' budgets.
This role will support EMEA regions: working 8 hours per day. Must be willing to work flexibility to cover support the business, this may involve working evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities & Qualifications
Specifically, you will:
Perform legal invoice review.
Produce reports for client by manipulation of data in Microsoft Excel and other in-house tools.
Communicating with external vendors /clients.
Assist external vendors in their invoice submissions.
Monitor communications.
Other tasks may include arranging, attend and minute-taking for internal and external meetings and preparation of presentations.
Use your analytical skills to identify strategic improvement opportunities.
Implement solutions to improve legal department operations.
Extend a customer's organization to provide subject matter expertise, supported strategic, technology, or operational improvements to a legal department or law firm.
Be capable of working on multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.

Have ad hoc meetings whenever the customer requires.

Skills for success:
Experienced and Proficient with Microsoft Products like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
Capable data skills, able to use a variety of methods to analyse data.
Have developed and used metrics and analytics as part of your solutions.
Are capable of working on multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
A high level of problem solving is required, both logically and laterally, along with an ability to engage in research. The job holder should be able to identify, investigate and interpret the results of an analysis, considering past the more obvious first order effects.
