Role Overview & Responsibilities

Do you have passion for high quality food and drink? Do you have a passion to go extra for events?

Someone with a quality food led background with exceptional customer service skills, a real eye for detail and the ability to work in a team. Alongside having some financial awareness.

Barista experience preferred, and any food prep or a passion for food prep desired.

You will be used to working in busy coffee shops, or cafes, be excellent with customer service and have a hands-on approach.

It is a full-time position and we employ all year round. Even in the quieter periods.

ROLE – Food preparation and front of house

you will:

• Manage the kitchen day to day including orders
• Help to control all costs & budgets
• Work in a hands-on capacity
• Maintain high standards, compliance and company systems & procedures
• Help to manage stock and control wastage
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Be passionate about developing the menu and ensuring we have high quality output.
