Overview
Responsibilities:
- Overall supervision of the risk management system
- Performance of the Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA) or equivalent
- Monitoring, validation and analysing economic capital requirements
- Risk identification and assessment in relation to the Europe BU
- Carrying out ‘second line’ risk management in relation to the business and operations, including risk monitoring and assessment, and providing risk management tools and guidance
- Oversight of the implementation and ongoing compliance with the risk management framework
- Recording and investigating operational events and supporting a strong risk management culture
